The Euro's qualification- the best shot at landing some good Monday chums!

This is my maiden blog, one of the many i hope to post on a daily basis for many moons to come Inshallah. So its only fair to give a little background on myself. I am Kenyan,I am a football fanatic. I live, breath and dream football. I follow different leagues in the world, but i have a weird infatuation with high scoring leagues. I am an adrenaline Junkie, so goals excite me, i subscribe to that suicidal 'school of thought' of winning 4-3 rather than 1-0. So its only natural for me to follow the Bundesliga, eredivise, eustonia, Premiere leugue and of course locally Zoo Kericho.
So most of my predictions will have a rather clear pattern of : Wins, over 2.5, GG and over 1.5 (when desperately broke). I rarely stick my neck out for under 2.5, i am afflicted by a 'goals curse' my good friend Jimmie Jones accurately pointed out. point of reference: Greece vs Italy last Friday, the bloody game went over at halftime! Saturday .Scotland vs Cyprus, that fucker went 2-1 in the last 10 minutes of the match. So..yeah, Screw under 2.5. To wind up my long intro. I have a thing about numbers, so i studied something related in Campus and one thing i can assure you my frien, numbers and statistics don't lie. so for the last 4 or so years, i have been applying this knowledge to make the extra shilling from Muindi. But disclaimer, football can be a bitch, sometimes it just depends on which drink the footballing gods are sipping. Just ask Guys who bet on GG during Turkey vs France game..we were many and we were shafted by Mbambe and Co.

On to the Mula:
Spain vs Sweden: Sweden is a great team but Spain is on another level. since screwing up the world cup, they have been inflicting pain and vengeance on their euro opponents with extreme prejudice.
  • Spain won the last two games.
  • Sweden last recorded a victory against this opponent thirteen years back.
  • Sweden conceded two or more goals in both of the last two fixtures.
  • Spain holds a 100% winning record at home.
Bet on Spain kichwa; for value seekers, Spain and over 1.5

Faroe Islands vs Norway: The whipping boys of the group are going against the unluckiest Norway team in the group. Little facts about Norway, they have played against Spain: No chance there but nearly caused an upset. Sweden: Fucked up a 2 goal lead to go down 2-3 in the 90+1, and equalized 3-3 at 90+7(fergie time?)  Romania: lead 2-0 and again managed to mess it up to 2-2 at 90+1!! This will be a game ya mabao tu.
Bet on Norway over 1.5 goals and silently move away.

Poland vs Israel: I love goals, this one has the potential to be a goal fest. This is a match between the top two teams in the group and the top  scoring striker in the qualifiers,Israel's  Eran Zehavi vs that Polish assassin, Robert Lewandowski and his wing man Krzysztof Piatek. will It will be a long night for the goalkeepers on both ends ? I hope so.

  • Both teams found the back of the net in all of the ties.
  • Every single game had three or more goals.
  • At home, Poland so far enjoys a 100% winning record.
  • Israel conceded three or more goals in all of the matches where Poland played hosts.
  • verdict: I am sticking my neck out for this one. GG and over 2.5, over 1.5 seems like a banker so does a Polish win.

Denmark vs Georgia: This game requires big balls my frien.
    • Denmark holds a 100% unbeaten record against this team.
    • Except for a single draw in 2004, the stat would have been a 100% winning record.
    • Georgia has conceded two or more goals in every single meeting.
    • Both teams found the back of the net in all of the h2h ties so far.

I do not see any value in the 1.27 odds given for a Danish win. Given that Georgia averaged two goals per game in that group, while they have warmed up for this trip by beating Gibraltar 3-0. That has put them above Denmark in the group.

Bet on GG If and only If your risk appetite is high, otherwise stick to the Danish win and enjoy the game. the GG  betting ODD  is a mouth watering 2.5!

Ukraine vs Luxembourg: I will not talk about Ukraine's form after the 5-0 demolition of Serbia, i will concentrate on Luxembourg's defensive woes. Luxembourg have lacked the quality to keep clean sheets, which is why they’ve conceded in each of their three qualifiers so far, but they’ve certainly offered a good amount going forward, as they average 1.77 expected goals for and have scored in each of their three games in Group B.
Given the statistics offered above. i see no value in going for a Ukraine win at 1.09 odds.

    Bet on over 2.5.

So there you go you punters, those are my 15 odds for the day and a good excuse to end up at your local joint to Fuliza a  drink on a Cold Monday night. Remember to stake what you can afford to lose. Don,t touch your rent, school fee or Pesa ya Stock.
Fall Forward!! See you in the comments!!
